It has been written that less than 11% of jobs are found on job boards and newspaper listings. many recruiters and companies have stopped posting on the big boards like Monster, because they get hundreds or thousands of resumes to sift through, and it has become ver ineffective for them.

Though its tempting to spend quite a bit of time searching that way, better use of time is networking and talking to people. It is recommended to spend less than 10% of your weekly job finding time (just 4 hours a week) on internet job boards.

That said, this is a list of good job boards for senior financial executives. Please add to this list so others can benefit from your experience.
